Ingredients: Ingredients: Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Soybean, Canola, Cottonseed, and/or Sunflower), Contains less than 2% of Dextrose, Natural Flavor, Salt, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (to maintain natural color).
Directions: Discard Oxygen Absorber. Eat right out of the bag as a crunchy snack or add to recipes.
Best Before: 20 years from purchase.
Pre-Freeze Dried Weight: 6 oz. Net weight: 2.25 oz
All products are packaged for maximum long-term storage in resealable 7 mil Mylar bags with oxygen absorber. (Remove oxygen absorber after opening)

These were better than I would ever have hoped for! So yummy and crunchy right out of the bag!!! I saved some to try 'reconstituting' in a meal; I added the crowns to gravy topped with cheese for a quick poutine! And, yes! Very good! Tasty solo as a snack and also great added into meals. The freezedry process seems to have cooked the potato. So just eat out of bag or add to a meal without needed to reconstitute and bake/fry. Next time I will add to a hamburger gravy and add cheese for a hearty homemade poutine!! Soook goood!! Must buy more!!! Thank you!
