Ideal for use in marinades, rubs and sauces, it has a consistent texture and flavor for reliable portioning.  

Directions: 1/4 tsp. equals one fresh clove of garlic.  Ready-to-use

Ingredients: Garlic, water and citric acid to protect flavor.

Pre-Freeze Dried weight: 16 oz.

Net weight: 2.5 oz.

All products are packaged for maximum long-term storage in resealable 7 mil Mylar bags with oxygen absorber. (Remove oxygen absorber after opening)

Great quality!

I really like my freeze dried garlic from shelf 2 table. i couldnt find it many places, and the price was acceptable. My only question was, do you (the sellers) know what temperature it was freeze dried at? thank you.
