Ingredients - Potatoes
To rehydrate add water to the top of the potatoes. Let sit for a few minutes then drain.
All products are packaged for maximum long-term storage in resealable 7 mil Mylar bags with oxygen absorber. (Remove oxygen absorber after opening)

It seems like potatoes do not take well to the freeze drying process. After reconstituting the potatoes, they would not hold together long enough to pan fry. They taste great as mashed potatoes.
